List of Chito-Ryu Karate Katas – This page will help you to learn the basic katas for Chito-Ryu Karate (i.e. Shihohai, Seisan, Niseishi and Bassai). However, if you have any questions about a particular kata movement, please check with your instructor because kata instructions and the order of katas can vary by school and organization. This page contains videos and/or written instructions for the main katas, kihon katas and some of the weapon katas used in Chito-Ryu Karate.
